  "message": "strptime: support everything that strftime supports.\n\nOur strptime was missing `%F`, `%G`, `%g`, `%P`, `%u`, `%V`, and\n`%v`. Most of these are already supported upstream (and I\u0027ve just pulled\ntheir current implementation), but some aren\u0027t.
