      "message": "Reconfig libc\u0027s Android.mk to build for multilib\n\n1. Moved arch-specific setup to their own files:\n    - \u003carch\u003e/\u003carch\u003e.mk, arch-specific configs. Variables in those config\n      end with the arch name.\n    - removed the extra complexity introduced by function libc-add-cpu-variant-src,\n      which seems to be not very useful these days.\n2. Separated out the crt object files generation rules and set up the\n   rules for both TARGET_ARCH and TARGET_2ND_ARCH.\n3.
