mako: Update wlan services to support JB Update the wlan & p2p services to support concurrent STA and P2P connections. Remove the obsolete hostapd service since hostapd is not invoked as a service. Change-Id: If8383a2f4ea3046d3853bfe4093bec37ed20a1e2
