mako: add directory to communicate with mpdecision and thermald As changing uid of mpdecision, change mpdecision socket path. Previous path needed to access as root uid, not system uid. So use another path to access as system uid for communicating with mpdecision and thermald. Change-Id: Ic82860e7102462a10dbb8dc8903a59083d5bd7a5
