mako: Enable WCNSS Subsystem Restart Currently WCNSS subsystem restart is not enabled, so when there is a WCNSS exception an APSS kernel panic occurs. Enable WCNSS subsystem restart so that a graceful restart occurs following a WCNSS exception. Change-Id: I93a212dfe1271e1f10c2426d48f4d0c3838e879b
