Revert "mako: persist partition mounts as read-only" This reverts commit 36f7773f14cf44f4bb2eda92c4bdc0d90aa0b39a Widevine security level 1 devices do not require a signed system image to be loaded, they do require a signed secure OS image to be loaded by the sec.boot ldr. The OEMCrypto_Encrypt&StoreKeyBox must not fail the call if the bootloader is in an unlocked state. Change-Id: I3ac18f2bb77fac5f74442a593a54df2cfa66ce22
