mako: temporatily remove kickstarter's old root files
Many users do not remove root permission files through adb command.
These files are created at boot time. So before creating files,
remove previous ones if the ownership is root.
If once recreate those files as system permission, this patch does
not need anymore. This patch will be reverted in the near future.
