stingray: libaudio: improve audio routing & update to new kernel APIs -- Wired headsets's microphones should work now -- Enabled master volume, disabled voice volume -- Added mCurOutDevice and mCurInDevice to track input and output devices separately. -- Enable routing to speaker and headset simultaneously -- BT SCO routing is still NOT implemented
