Fix issue 4369708: switch capture from BT to mic. When the input stream goes to standby while BT is active, I2S2 format reconfiguration fails if capture is not stopped before calling doRouting_l(). Change-Id: I2c0ff865530535a58c15e1567f75adf8beb05d6c
