msm8660: change to izatcloud xtra servers The gpsonextra servers are no longer being used on newer nexus devices and the data files can only be served over http without ssl, so let's change to the izatcloud servers in support of CVE-2016-5341. Change-Id: I8751ad8c4edd04d94603f8a655ff287912d7cfeb
