Use audio_channel_mask_t more places
Use it in AudioSystem::getOutput(), AudioSystem::getInput(),
IAudioPolicyService::getOutput(), IAudioPolicyService::getInput(),
and various other places in AudioFlinger.
Not done: AudioTrack and OutputDescriptor.
