reorganize SoundPool and JetPlayer code.

Reorganize SoundPool and JetPlayer code to be ready for the
creation of libmedia_native.

Split SoundPool between libsoundpool (JNI) and libmedia(sound pool implementation).
Remove dependencies on nativehelper/jni.h from JetPlayer.
