codec2: Set custom ordinal for inputs processed by FrameReassembler Client timestamp is not being set for inputs that are being processed by frame reassembler. This results in all output timestamps being set as zero. Bug: 181219114 Change-Id: Iccd5e110b0f1680a91113c2e43b54eb265e8a633
