Add IAudioTrack::getTimestamp()
with dummy implementation in AudioFlinger::TrackHandle, and
implement AudioTrack::getTimestamp() using IAudioTrack.
Also document invariant that mAudioTrack and control block are always
non-0 after successful initialization.
