Camera2: Debug and logging fixes.

- Fix LOG_TAGs to work with standard logcat filtering.
- Add ATRACE to Camera2Device
- Shorten thread names to fit in 16 characters
- Remove some ATRACEs to avoid flooding trace unnecessarily
