MediaPlayer2: replace IPCThreadState with libbinder_ndk.

checkCallingPermission() testing in dumpPlayers is dropped
since MediaPlayer2 is not running on system service so the
checking in MediaPlayer2 is not meaningful.

Test: make libmedia2_jni
