Change from mediaanalytics to mediametrics
reflect the change from "media.analytics" to "media.metrics" in
what service names we use; bring the metrics service main code into the
service directory (vs an additional shared library).
Removed references to tentative binder functions that the service
won't be offering, at least not in the near future.
