Workaround global ThinLTO breakage The device does not boot with global ThinLTO enabled for libcodec2_hidl_client@1.1. Disable LTO for it to workaround the issue. Test: GLOBAL_THINLTO=true m Test: boot Bug: 170595429 Change-Id: I636a1c4c778a8aeaad59af571f7ad33b37374489
