[AGPGART] compat ioctl

The following video card requires the agpgart driver ioctl
interface in order to detect video memory.

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile
945GM/GMS/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)

Tested on a Thinkpad Z61t, Xorg.0.log from a 32bit debian Xorg is at;
