  "message": "oom: prevent livelock when oom_kill_allocating_task is set\n\nWhen /proc/sys/vm/oom_kill_allocating_task is set for large systems that\nwant to avoid the lengthy tasklist scan, it\u0027s possible to livelock if\ncurrent is ineligible for oom kill.
