msm: usb_bam : Add QDSS support for usb bam mode
Add USB bam changes to support QDSS in msm-8794.
Main additions:
Support device-tree files.
Add disconnect bam pipe support.
Add new API to retrieve pipe connection: get_bam2bam_connection_info.
