msm: acpuclock-7627: Add 8x25 1.2GHz tables for rev 2.0

Add 1.2GHz tables based on the dynamic reprogramming method
for 8x25 rev 2.0 by replacing the v1.0 1.2GHz tables since
for rev 1.0, 1.2GHz tables are not used.
