  "message": "rcu: fix rcutorture behavior during reboot\n\nImpact: fix very rare reboot hang\n\nBecause rcutorture ignored all signals, it does not terminate in\nresponse to the signals sent at shutdown time.  This can cause strange\nfailures due to its continuing to make use of kernel function too late\nin the shutdown sequence.
