[POWERPC] Fix up interrupt senses for MPC85xx boards The PHY is active-low on the MPC85xx CDS and the 8560 ADS just had the wrong sense for the internal PCI and CPM interrupts. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
