  "message": "cpmac: add support for fixed PHY\n\nThis patch adds support for fixed PHY connected in MII mode\nto cpmac. We allow external and dumb_switch module parameters\nto override the PHY detection process since they are always connected\nwith MDIO bus identifier 0.
