  "message": "HID: quirk for MS Wireless Desktop Receiver (model 1028)\n\nMicrosoft\u0027s wireless desktop receiver (Model 1028) has a bug in the report\ndescriptor -- namely, in four seperate places it uses USAGE_MIN and _MAX when\nit quite obviously doesn\u0027t intend to.\n\nIn other words, it reports that it has pretty much _everything_ in \u0027consumer\u0027\nand \u0027generic desktop\u0027.
