gpio: reorganize drivers

Sort the gpio makefile and enforce the naming convention gpio-*.c for
gpio drivers.

v2: cleaned up filenames in Kconfig and comment blocks
v3: fixup use of BASIC_MMIO to GENERIC_GPIO for mxc
