Relocate it\nsuch that...\n\n* For new EH, it\u0027s done in ata_eh_reset() before calling prereset.\n\n* For old EH, it\u0027s done before calling ap-\u003eops-\u003ephy_reset() in\n  ata_bus_probe().\n\nThis makes PIO0 forced after all resets.
