Build test were done on the following configurations and failures\n were fixed. Dumpers\nwill store the register contents of a cpu to the location where its\nprefix register points to.\nFor offlined cpus the area (lowcore) has been freed and the dumper\nwould write the uninteresting contents of the offline cpu to a memory\nlocation which might be in use by some other component and destroy\nvalueable information.\nTo fix this set the prefix register of offline cpus to absolute\naddress zero again.
