      "message": "[NET]: add a top-level Networking menu to *config\n\nCreate a new top-level menu named \"Networking\" thus moving\nnet related options and protocol selection way from the drivers\nmenu and up on the top-level where they belong.\n\nTo implement this all architectures has to source \"net/Kconfig\" before\ndrivers/*/Kconfig in their Kconfig file.
