      "message": "[DLM] down conversion clearing flags\n\nThe down-conversion optimization was resulting in the lkb flags being\ncleared because the stub message reply had no flags value set.  Copy the\ncurrent flags into the stub message so they\u0027ll be copied back into the lkb\nas part of processing the fake reply.
