I noticed\nthat the files (in tools/perf/util/*.[ch] and elsewhere) are\nquite spartan wrt. credits, so lets add a CREDITS file that\nincludes an (incomplete!) list of main contributors.\n\nThanks guys, these libraries are really useful.
