      "message": "[PATCH] tty: switch to ktermios and new framework\n\nThis is the core of the switch to the new framework.  I\u0027ve split it from the\ndriver patches which are mostly search/replace and would encourage people to\ngive this one a good hard stare.\n\nThe references to BOTHER and ISHIFT are the termios values that must be\ndefined by a platform once it wants to turn on \"new style\" ioctl support.  The\ncode patches here ensure that providing\n\n1. The termios overlays the ktermios in memory\n2. The only new kernel only fields are c_ispeed/c_ospeed (or none)\n\nthe existing behaviour is retained.
