      "message": "genirq: Remove the now unused sparse irq leftovers\n\nThe move_irq_desc() function was only used due to the problem that the\nallocator did not free the old descriptors. So the descriptors had to\nbe moved in create_irq_nr(). That\u0027s history.\n\nThe code would have never been able to move active interrupt\ndescriptors on affinity settings.
