This field\nindicates each phy address to be ignored when probing the mdio bus.\n\nThis support is needed for the fs_enet and ibm_emac drivers to be\nconverted to the generic phy layer among other drivers. Then\nall devices were called at SUSPEND_SAVE_STATE level, and finally\nSUSPEND_POWER_DOWN level. However, with PM v2, to maintain\ncompatibility for platform devices, I arranged for the PM v2\nsuspend/resume callbacks to call the old PM v1 suspend/resume\ncallbacks three times with each level in order so that existing\ndrivers continued to work.\n\nSince this is obsolete infrastructure which is no longer necessary,\nwe can remove it.
