      "message": "[PATCH] ipcsem: remove superflous decrease variable from sys_semtimedop\n\nPatrick noticed that the initial scan of the semaphore operations logs\ndecrease and increase operations seperately, but then both cases are or\u0027ed\ntogether and decrease is never used.
