      "message": "[PATCH] PHY: Add support for configuring the PHY connection interface\n\nMost PHYs connect to an ethernet controller over a GMII or MII\ninterface. This field\nindicates each phy address to be ignored when probing the mdio bus.\n\nThis support is needed for the fs_enet and ibm_emac drivers to be\nconverted to the generic phy layer among other drivers. Many systems\nlock up on probing certain phy addresses or probing doesn\u0027t return\n0xffff when nothing is found at the address.
