      "message": "[POWERPC] Add QUICC Engine (QE) infrastructure\n\nAdd QUICC Engine (QE) configuration, header files, and\nQE management and library code that are used by QE devices\ndrivers.\n\nIncludes Leo\u0027s modifications up to, and including, the\nplatform_device to of_device adaptation:\n\n\"The series of patches add generic QE infrastructure called\nqe_lib, and MPC8360EMDS board support.
