      "message": "[PPP]: add PPP MPPE encryption module\n\nFrom: Matt Domsch \u003cMatt_Domsch@dell.com\u003e\n\nThe patch below implements the Microsoft Point-to-Point Encryption method\nas a PPP compressor/decompressor.
