msm: idle-v7: Fix for the issue of lost barrier during reset.

On Krait processor, there exists a CPU cycle when a CPU exits the reset
state where it could lose a barrier operation and thereby causing the
other CPU to wait indefinitely. The issue exists on the version 1 of the
krait processors only.

The workaround for the problem is to have a CPU remove itself from the
inner and outer shareability realms just before executing the WFI to
collapse and then add itself back to the inner and out shareablity
realms during warmboot. Howeveri, the L2CPMR register access, to remove a
processor from the shareability realms, are available only in a secure
state. Hence, the kernel performs a SMC call to call into TZ to do the
above before TZ executes a WFI to initiate a power collapse.

Signed-off-by: Maheshkumar Sivasubramanian <msivasub@codeaurora.org>

msm_serial_hs: Disable Rx DM Interface before sending flush

The execution of Rx enqueue command, Rx flush command and setting of
rx.flush state should happen in atomic way. It happens that start_rx()
and set_termios() might be executing concurrently while doing Bluetooth
ON after some iterations, which is putting ADM into bad state and it
stalls Rx transfer showing as Bus Error.

Disable Rx DM Interface before sending flush command and changing
protocol configuration from set_termios(). This will make sure that even
enqueue/flush is not in synchronization while changing the baud rate OR
moving between different line discipline (not supposed to happen
frequently, but in some case it is seen). There is hardware signals
( uart _dm_rx_dm_req and uart _dm_rx_dm_ack ) between UARTDM core and ADM
which is used to make request and acknowledge the same. Disabling Rx DM
interface causes ADM to terminate the current RX transfer.

CRs-Fixed: 296523
Signed-off-by: Mayank Rana <mrana@codeaurora.org>

mmc: msm_sdcc: set RX_DATA_PEND bit during card read operation

Latest revision of SDCC4 controller have added RX_DATA_PEND bit under
MCI_DATA_CTL register. If this bit is set (1), data timeout counter
will start counting only after the Read command (with data) was sent
instead of counting from initialization of DPSM.

This patch sets this new control bit to 1 for card read operation.
As prior versions of SDCC controllers had this new bit as reserved bit,
we don't need any extra version check while using this bit. Which means
setting this bit in prior version of SDCC controllers will not have
any effect.

Signed-off-by: Subhash Jadavani <subhashj@codeaurora.org>
"
