      "message": "[PATCH] sched: cleanup context switch locking\n\nInstead of requiring architecture code to interact with the scheduler\u0027s\nlocking implementation, provide a couple of defines that can be used by the\narchitecture to request runqueue unlocked context switches, and ask for\ninterrupts to be enabled over the context switch.\n\nAlso replaces the \"switch_lock\" used by these architectures with an oncpu\nflag (note, not a potentially slow bitflag).
