  "message": "msm: kgsl: Replace internal_power_rail API calls with regulator APIs\n\nRemove use of the msm-specific internal_power_rail driver in\nfavor of the new footswitch-pcom driver, which uses the regulator\nframework\u0027s APIs.\n\nWhile code for several SoCs is modified to accomplish this, this\nchange should only be significant for 7x30.
