  "message": "PCI: support for PCI Express fundamental reset\n\nThis is the first of three patches that implement a bit field that PCI\nExpress device drivers can use to indicate they need a fundamental reset\nduring error recovery.\n\nBy default, the EEH framework on powerpc does what\u0027s known as a \"hot\nreset\" during recovery of a PCI Express device.  We\u0027ve found a case\nwhere the device needs a \"fundamental reset\" to recover properly.
