  "message": "KVM: Add support for enabling capabilities per-vcpu\n\nSome times we don\u0027t want all capabilities to be available to all\nour vcpus. One example for that is the OSI interface, implemented\nin the next patch.\n\nIn order to have a generic mechanism in how to enable capabilities\nindividually, this patch introduces a new ioctl that can be used\nfor this purpose.
