Remove arm_machine_restart() as this function\nno longer does anything useful.\n\nFor samsung platforms, remove the include of mach/system-reset.h and\nplat/system-reset.h from their respective mach/system.h headers as these\njust define their arch_reset functions.       "message": "ARM: restart: only perform setup for restart when soft-restarting\n\nWe only need to set the system up for a soft-restart if we\u0027re going to\nbe doing a soft-restart. Currently there are two types of DMA driver for Samsung SoCs.\nThe one is S3C-DMA for S3C SoCs and the other is PL330-DMA for S5P SoCs.\nThis patch provides funcion pointers for common DMA operations to DMA\nclient driver like SPI and Audio. It makes DMA client drivers support\nmulti-platform.\nIn addition, this common DMA operations implement the shared actions\nthat are needed for DMA client driver.
