      "message": "MIPS: Cobalt: Fix theoretical port aliasing issue\n\nBecause the VIA SuperIO chip only decodes 24 bits of address space but port\naddress space currently being configured as 32MB there is the theoretical\npossibility of aliases within the I/O port address range.\n\nThe complicated solution is to reserve all address range that potencially\ncould cause such aliases.       "message": "[MIPS] Define MIPS_CPU_IRQ_BASE in generic header\n\nThe irq_base for {mips,rm7k,rm9k}_cpu_irq_init() are constant on all\nplatforms and are same value on most platforms (0 or 16, depends on\nCONFIG_I8259).  Define them in asm-mips/mach-generic/irq.h and make\nthem customizable.  This will save a few cycle on each CPU interrupt.\n\nA good side effect is removing some dependencies to MALTA in generic\nSMTC code.\n\nAlthough MIPS_CPU_IRQ_BASE is customizable, this patch changes irq\nmappings on DDB5477, EMMA2RH and MIPS_SIM, since really customizing\nthem might cause some header dependency problem and there seems no\ngood reason to customize it.  So currently only VR41XX is using custom\nMIPS_CPU_IRQ_BASE value, which is 0 regardless of CONFIG_I8259.\n\nTesting this patch on those platforms is greatly appreciated.       "message": "[SERIAL] Remove wrong asm/serial.h inclusions\n\nasm/serial.h is supposed to contain the definitions for the architecture\nspecific 8250 ports for the 8250 driver.  It may also define BASE_BAUD,\nbut this is the base baud for the architecture specific ports _only_.\n\nTherefore, nothing other than the 8250 driver should be including this\nheader file.       "message": "[MIPS] Cleanup memory managment initialization.\n\nHistorically plat_mem_setup did the entire platform initialization.  This\nwas rather impractical because it meant plat_mem_setup had to get away\nwithout any kind of memory allocator.
