Like last time, Renesas sh-mobile
is now the platform with the most changes, followed by OMAP and
 EXYNOS.

Two new platforms, TI Keystone and Rockchips RK3xxx are added in this
branch, both containing almost no platform specific code at all, since
they are using generic subsystem interfaces for clocks, pinctrl,
interrupts etc. The device drivers are getting merged through the
 respective subsystem maintainer trees.

One more SoC (u300) is now multiplatform capable and several others
(shmobile, exynos, msm, integrator, kirkwood, clps711x) are moving
towards that goal with this series but need more work.

Also noteworthy is the work on PCI here, which is traditionally part
of the SoC specific code. With the changes done by Thomas Petazzoni,
we can now more easily have PCI host controller drivers as loadable
modules and keep them separate from the platform code in
 drivers/pci/host.
input: ti_am335x_adc: use only FIFO0 and clean up a little

The driver programs a threshold of "coordinate_readouts" say 5. The
REG_FIFO0THR registers says it should it be programmed to "threshold
minus one". The driver does not expect just 5 coordinates but 5 * 2 + 2.
Multiplied by two because 5 for X and 5 for Y and plus 2 because we have
two Z.
The whole thing kind of works because It reads the 5 coordinates for X
and Y from FIFO0 and FIFO1 and the last element in each FIFO is ignored
within the loop and read later.
Nothing guaranties that FIFO1 is ready by the time it is read. In fact I
could see that that FIFO1 reaturns for Y channels 8,9, 10, 12, 6 and for
Y channel 7 for Z. The problem is that channel 7 and channel 12 got
somehow mixed up.
The other Problem is that FIFO1 is also used by the IIO part leading to
wrong results if both (tsc & adc) are used.

The patch tries to clean up the whole thing a little:
- Remove the +1 and -1 in REG_STEPCONFIG, REG_STEPDELAY and its counter
part in the for loop. This is just confusing.

- Use only FIFO0 in TSC. The fifo has space for 64 entries so should be
 fine.

- Read the whole FIFO in one function and check the channel.

- in case we dawdle around, make sure we only read a multiple of our
coordinate set. On the second interrupt we will cleanup the remaining
 enties.

Acked-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@gmail.com>
Signed-off-by: Sebastian Andrzej Siewior <bigeasy@linutronix.de>

ARM: ux500: move PM-related PRCMU functions to machine

We are trying to decompose and decentralize the code in
the DB8500 PRCMU out into subdrivers. The code moved in
this patch concerns a group of functions used for
decoupling and recoupling the IRQs from the GIC. During
sleep and idle the Ux500 system will transfer all IRQ
handling to the PRCMU using these functions.

Basically we are left with the two alternatives of code
placement as:

- arch/arm/mach-ux500/pm.c - this because the code is
closely related to the GIC, and takes ownership of
some of the registers from the PRCMU related to this
 PM functionality.

- drivers/mfd/db8500-prcmu-pm.c - because the code is
affecting stuff in the PRCMU register range. But then
this code needs to remap and handle GIC registers.

This patch implementation is taking the first approach.

Currently the cpuidle driver is the only piece of code
using this set of functions, but it will later also be
used by the suspend/resume code which is currently under
review.

The header file is moved to:
<linux/platform_data/arm-ux500-pm.h>
The function prototypes need to be placed in a globally
visible header since the CPUidle code is planned to move
out to drivers/cpuidle.

Acked-by: Samuel Ortiz <sameo@linux.intel.com>
Acked-by: Rickard Andersson <rickard.andersson@stericsson.com>
Acked-by: Daniel Lezcano <daniel.lezcano@linaro.org>
Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
"
