Even worse we can\u0027t redefine this value.\n\nThe patch restores CPHYSADDR() but in __pa()\u0027s implementation because\nit removes the need of 2 PAGE_OFFSET.\n\nOTOH, CPHYSADDR() is quite bad when dealing with mapped kernels.
