  "message": "[POWERPC] Add workaround for MPICs with broken register reads\n\nSome versions of PWRficient 1682M have an interrupt controller in which\nthe first register in each pair for interrupt sources doesn\u0027t always\nread with the right polarity/sense values.\n\nTo work around this, keep a software copy of the register instead.  Since\nit\u0027s not modified from the mpic itself, it\u0027s a feasible solution.
