  "message": "cgroup: implement CFTYPE_NO_PREFIX\n\nWhen cgroup files are created, cgroup core automatically prepends the\nname of the subsystem as prefix.  This patch adds CFTYPE_NO_ which\ndisables the automatic prefix.
